ACE European has appointed Edward Levin as executive vice president, accident and health and personal lines.
Levin joins from Citigroup Insurance in London, where he was responsible for the development and growth of Citigroup's insurance underwriting and brokerage businesses across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
