Advanced Claims Management (ACM), the claims handling business for the Budget Group of Companies, has made a new deal with Yorkshire-based Optima Car Replacement Servcies. The two companies have teamed up to provide customers with a new customer service package.

Under the agreement, Optima will provide ACM's clients with access to a permanent car replacement scheme. This service is available to clients whose car has been written off and is provided free of charge.

ACM director Bob Perry commented: "As the first claims handling business to trial the scheme, a lot of care was taken to ensure that the deal was right for the business.

"Policyholders will experience a hassle free service when using the car replacement scheme as Optima will source and deliver a comparable car, often up to a year newer and with lower mileage than their previous car, directly to their door."
