Group to trade under name AdmiralDirekt.de
Admiral group has expanded into Germany.
Trading under the name of AdmiralDirekt.de it has opened from its offices in Cologne.
The group said it is intended that various marketing campaigns will be tested over the coming months and volumes will be small during this period. Admiral said it will provide further update when it announces its results for the year ended 31 December 2007 in March 2008.
Henry Engelhardt, Chief Executive, said: “The managers in Germany have worked extremely hard to get the approvals required, systems and staff in place to launch our second overseas operation and we congratulate them on reaching this important milestone.”
