Admiral using tech firm to help international growth
Admiral has ramped up further with Guidewire technology as it targets growth in Italy.
ConTe.it, the Italian brand of Admiral, is now using Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire BillingCenter as its new underwriting, policy administration, and billing management system.
Policies are being migrated over onto Guidewire platforms at renewals.
The new platforms mean Admiral’s Italian staff can provide much better service to customers on policy and billing, using slicker and more responsive systems.
It can also develop and bring products to the market faster, while staff can extract data and analyse it more easily.
As reported by Insurance Times, Hastings is also using Guidewire as it targets the launch of multi-car, a concept originally pioneered by Admiral.
