Allianz Cornhill has joined up the Chartered Management Institute to give its employees the opportunity to enhance management and leadership skills.
The arrangement follows completion of a programme to develop management skills at Allianz Cornhill's claims division.
A series of tailored training programmes have been established under the ‘change management' scheme.
The training programme aims to develop skills in four key areas: managing change and influencing culture, project management, personal effectiveness and leadership.
