Allianz Cornhill has launched a major leadership development programme for selected managers.

Sixteen of the insurer's managers will take part in Allianz's 18-month Pathway Programme and study key topics including:

• Business acumen
• The customer
• Change
• Leadership.

There will be six residential modules, starting with the Lake District at the end of September.

Allianz Cornhill's head of learning and development, Judith Bufton, said: “The programme offers a valuable opportunity for key managers to develop a broader business understanding and gain insights into their personal leadership style, equipping them to take on senior leadership roles in the future.”
