It seems that ambulance chasers are making life easier for claims regulators.
Regulator Mark Boleat says: "The day after Staffordshire became our trading standards expert, one of its staff was asked in the street whether he had had an accident lately."
Boleat wondered whether after the reply had been "no", if the next question would be: "Would you like one?"
