The MIB has been overhauling its culture change programme since 2018, however lockdown hit as it was due to release its new values forcing the firm to take a more creative approach with staff working remotely 

The week that lockdown was imposed on the UK in March, the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB) was just about to launch its new values – the MIB Principles.

With everyone working remotely from home, the MIB knew it had to get creative. The firm was also in the process of overhauling its culture change programme that it began back in 2018.
