Aon has appointed Anka Taylor as director and James Boulton as legal and technical advisor to continue the growth of it's Transaction Liability Unit (TLU), the company said.

The transaction team is part of Aon Professional Risks and will specialise in arranging insurance in the M&A and IPO arena, said Aon.
