Aon Corporation has acquired Sinser Holding AB, making it the biggest captive provider worldwide.
Sinser, which has been sold by Skandia, manages more than 250 captives and insurance entities owned by major industrial and commercial clients, insurance and reinsurance companies.
The combined business will operate in three business areas under the global name of Aon International Risk Management Group (AIRMG).
Sinser is a global company with 13 subsidiaries in ten countries. Aon Corporation has a presence in more than 120 countries.
