Aon Risk Solutions UK has appointed Laurence White as head of broking. 

White was previously head of broking, corporate and affinity and has been with Aon for 24 years.

Aon Risk Solutions UK chief broking officer Steve Redgwell said: “I am delighted that Laurence has taken the role as head of broking. This appointment highlights Aon’s commitment to developing talent within our organisation. Laurence’s appointment will strengthen the work we do to provide value for our clients through delivering broker excellence.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
