Arc Legal Assistance has launched a new before the event (BTE) legal expenses policy in conjunction with Welsh broker ProtectaGroup.
The policy is designed for claimants whose claims fall below the small claims limit of £1,000.
Richard Finan, director of Arc said: “We are delighted to be extending our relationship further with this new product that will meet their clients' current and future needs in relation to small claims court actions.”
