Legal expenses provider follows up on Swinton deal
Arc Legal Assistance has landed a contract to provide Open + Direct’s Northern Ireland customers with family legal protection products.
Arc Legal’s Family Legal Protection insurance provides cover for personal injury, contractual and property disputes and employment matters including unfair dismissals.
In addition, Open + Direct’s clients can also purchase an optional ‘diamond’ package that extends the cover to include clinical negligence, personal identity theft, data protection and school admission disputes.
The contract follows Arc Legal securing a deal in February to provide commercial legal expenses insurance and an extended online employment manual service to Swinton Commercial.
Arc Legal director Richard Finan said: “This deal affirms our commitment to growing our business in the Northern Irish market. We intend to continue building our presence, and with it a reputation for providing relevant legal expenses protection to Northern Irish policyholders.”
