Ascot has appointed two new non-executive directors, Ian Martin and Martyn Hedley.
Both Martin and Hedley have spent considerable time with Willis. Martin spent over 40 years in the aviation division at Willis. Martyn was chairman of Willis Aviation from 1998 to 2003.
Both appointments are subject to approval by the FSA and Lloyd's.
