Aspen Insurance has announced the appointment of
Stuart Sinclair as president and chief operating officer of Aspen.

The company said that Sinclair will also join the company's board of directors.

Chief executive, Chris O'Kane, said: "I am confident that
Stuart's contributions will be felt immediately, as we remain focused on enhancing our performance internally and across our business lines."

Sinclair was most recently president and CEO, Greater China, GE Financial Services, which is part of GE Capital.

He has also held several positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, including CEO of Tesco Personal Finance.

He said: "I look forward to working closely with Aspen's management and the board to leverage improved efficiency and communication across our diversified business lines and strategic geographic locations."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
