Crownsway Insurance Brokers' Let Guard scheme provides cover for landlords who let property to asylum seekers.
It is understood to be underwritten by a Lloyd's syndicate.
The cover includes family legal protection of £50,000 and property owner liability of £1m with no extra cost.
Under the scheme, loss of rent for up to 20% of the building cover can be included.
