Aviva coup as it attracts RSA sales manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland

Scotland

Scotland and Northern Ireland sales manager Sandra Stewart has left her role at RSA and is heading for Aviva, Insurance Times understands.

RSA’s Scottish brokers were informed of her departure earlier this week. Her exit is a coup for Aviva as it looks to bolster its regional capabilities.

Scotland & Northern Ireland Dan McNally regional director said: “Sandra has been a part of the RSA team for nearly 30 years and we wish her all the best in her new role.”

Also in Scotland, NIG revealed that it had appointed Neil Bowen as area underwriting manager.

As well as being responsible for underwriting across NIG’s commercial book in Scotland, he will develop the account through the existing broker panel and look for new opportunities with Scottish brokers.
