Backchat has always had a soft-spot for Legal & General – and no, before you ask, it isn't a patch of quicksand off the Isle of Wight.
But he is less sure about the protection the company offers having just returned from a four-day stag party in Newquay with an L&G general insurance marketing chap.
The stag on the party was the L&G man's brother and Backchat decided that L&G's full protection was not up to much when the groom-to-be came back with a full head of bleached hair.
Let's just hope that L&G provide its staff with good health insurance when the bride-to-be finds out.
