Max Taylor has been confirmed as Biba chairman for another year.
Biba CEO, Eric Galbraith, indicated in his opening address to this year's conference that Taylor would continue in his position until 2007.
Galbraith also used his speech to attack EU regulation. He said the UK market's flexibility and dynamism are in danger of being stifled by legislators who simply don't understand the way that British brokers work.
