The Bollington Group has appointed Phil Gee as its managing director. He will take responsibility for the company's operations in Cheshire.
Gee joins from Lancashire-based commercial broker Walmsley, where he was managing director.
Former managing director Stephen Wall now becomes chief executive of the group.
