Budget has appointed Jon Ardron as operational development director. He will be responsible for developing the company's strategy and change programme.
Ardron, who will join the Budget board, will also have responsibility over Budget's IT, infrastructure management, print operations and fulfilment and facilities management.
Ardron was previously managing director of E-business for Thomas Cook.
