The Budget Group of Companies has revamped its Hanley branch as part of its major refurbishment programme.
The Hanley branch on Broad Street represents a £30,000 investment and opened on 1 December.
The company claims the refurbished branch will offer Budget customers a much more pleasant and comfortable environment in which to buy their insurance.
Budget director Matthew Donaldson said: "This refurbishment is a significant investment for us and we see Hanley as one of our flagship branches which will set the standard for the rest of our retail network.
"Our customers will still deal with the same friendly staff and receive the same high levels of customer service but in more pleasant surroundings."
