Canopius Managing Agents has appointed Jock Birney and Cees Schrauwers as non-executive directors, subject to regulatory consent.

Schrauwers recently left Aviva, where he was managing director of Aviva International. Birney spent the majority of his career as an investment banker with SG Warburg.
