Robert Clements will step down as chairman of Arch Capital Group on April 1, it has been announced. Vice chairman Paul Ingrey will assume the role of chairman.
The appointment is "in line with the succession plan the company has in place", the company said in a statement.
Clements will continue to provide consulting services to Arch.
