Jim Prew has left Norwich Union to join CMGL as head of disease claims.
Prew has worked closely with the Association of British Insurers in the past and has widespread experience in handling abuse claims.
Jerry McArthur, managing director of CMGL, commented: “CMGL is fortunate to have a recognised disease claims authority of Jim's calibre to lead its UK disease practice. His appointment will complement CMGL's North American APH claim unit, where we have long been recognised as a leading manager of disease exposures."
