CMGL, the leading independent provider of claims and insurance management services, has appointed Grahame Pipe as Head of Delegated Authority Management.

Pipe will spearhead CMGL's Binding Authority management services which are currently being implemented for two major Lloyd's underwriters.

The former Chairman of the LMA's Delegated Underwriting Committee will also have responsibility for its service delivery and development of the service to the wider London Market.

On 1 September 2005 CMGL announced its acquisition by Sovereign Capital Partners LLP. The company was formerly part of Zurich Financial Services.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
