The Country Mutual Insurance Broker network has acquired Reading broker Jackson Emms.
Director Neil McKenzie said the network is delighted with the purchase, commenting: "This acquisition consolidates 26 offices which have now come under the Country Mutual Insurance Broker network banner and means that we can now offer not only NFU Mutual products, but also those of our partner insurers."
Jackson Emms was founded in 1963 and specialises in commercial and personal insurances.
