Ex-Denis Hilton director Andrew Hill, who faces one charge of fraudulent trading, had his case adjourned at City of London magistrates' court on Tuesday.

Hill, 30, from London, SW1, was due to appear in person, but lawyers asked for more time to assess 500 pages of evidence that was submitted the day before his case was due to be heard.

The hearing has been re-arranged for March 28. London-based commercial lines brokerage Denis Hilton was put into liquidation two years ago.
