Focus will be on employers' and public liability claims
Cunningham Lindsey UK’s specialist liability practice, Liability Services, is opening a new, desk-based liability claims management facility in Leeds, headed up by Bob Allen, who recently joined the business from Garwyn.
Focusing on employers’ liability and public liability claims for insurers, corporates, local authorities and utility companies, the company’s new Leeds team will work alongside the established desk-based liability claims management team in Bristol and under the overall management of George Mercer.
Mark Gilbert, head of liability services, Cunningham Lindsey UK, said: “We have seen significant growth in desk-managed liability work over the last year and we have expanded our services to meet this demand from our clients. This proactive response also provides a platform that will allow us to scale-up for any future increase in requirements that may result from the Civil Justice Reforms.”
