DAS has appointed Victoria Scott as head of claims and assistance.
Scott will replace David Kearns, who is leaving the company to establish his own legal service. Kearns will remain a consultant for the firm.
DAS said Scott would oversee claims and assistance operations in Bristol and at its motor claims centre in South Wales.
