A survey conducted by Peninsula said eight in ten broker employees are happy in their jobs within the financial sector.
The survey interviewed 867 employees from independent financial advisor's, accountants and insurance brokers.
The survey also revealed:
·26% of those polled believe that they will be promoted in the next 12 month's.
·84% of those surveyed were happy in their job.
·78% of those surveyed said they had no plans to change jobs.
