Equity Red Star has developed a regional sales team.
The team comprises five managers responsible for different regions under the aegis of agency manager Ian Smedley:
Andy Chapman — north of England
Chris Hibbett — the midlands
Madeleine Gee — Scotland
Nigel Rawlings — the west
Chris Christou — the south.
David Grant, Equity's head of sales and marketing, said: "The team has been hired for its broker relationship expertise. It has been put in place following a sales strategy review and the recognition that strong relationships are important in our business. Its aim is to work closely with supporting brokers and Equity's underwriters to develop growing accounts and increase the awareness of Equity's wide product range."
