The FSA managing director of risk and regulatory processes Carol Sergeant is to join Lloyds TSB as chief risk officer, revealed a report today.
Sergeant is to go on gardening leave until she takes up her new post in February.
She is believed to have put herself forward as a candidate for the job of the FSA's chief executive earlier this year, but lost out to John Tiner, said the report.
