Gallagher buys Surrey-based broker Orb

Broking group Arthur J Gallagher has bought Surrey-based employee benefits consultant and broker Orb Financial Services for an undisclosed sum.

Orb director Geraint Williams and his team will continue to operate from Surrey reporting into Gallagher’s International employee benefit consulting and brokerage operations head Leslie Lemenager.

Orb specialises in group risk and healthcare coverage, workplace pension schemes and auto-enrollment, travel and dental insurance, and key man and partnership protection for the financial services industry.
