Towergate
Towergate has appointed Peter Graham chief executive of the E-Towergate division.

Graham was previously chief executive of esure and has, over the past 18 years, held senior posts at Sturge Holdings and Direct Line.

Forces Financial
Forces Financial has appointed Richard Dorman as head of service funds, insurance.

Dorman is responsible for developing the non public funded insurance requirements for HM Forces, which encompasses property, liability, cash and fidelity.

He joins from Legion Insurance Direct where he was associate director.u

FMW
Ryan Whybrow has joined the property and corporate risks team at FMW, as an account handler.

Whybrow began his insurance career with AXA and joins FMW from Sterling Insurance.

Insurer

M4
M4 Underwriting has announced the appointment of Kim Barnes as commercial underwriter.

Barnes has nearly 20 years' insurance experience, having previously held senior underwriting development roles at NIG and Norwich Union.

She will work alongside the existing underwriting management team to further develop underwriting relationships and broker service levels.

Chaucer
Stuart Dickinson has been appointed by Chaucer to lead the development of its UK commercial product range.

Dickinson will be working alongside Chaucer's UK motor operation and with brokers from across the country. He joins from Novae Group.

Zurich
Zurich has appointed Emma Morgan to the position of head of motor claims supply.

Morgan will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of the motor claims supply team based across Cheltenham, Farnborough and Fareham.

She previously held several senior purchasing positions across the claims supply team in the casualty, property and motor areas.

CNA
CNA has strengthened its London casualty team with three new appointments.

Mark Appleton has joined CNA as underwriting manager – casualty, Europe.

Appleton joins CNA from Chubb Insurance, where he ran both the UK and Ireland casualty departments and the risk management operation in the UK and Ireland.

Clive Rogers joins as senior underwriter, casualty. Rogers was previously assistant vice president of AIG.

Steven Piper joins as assistant manager, casualty.

Piper joins from Willis, where he was divisional director.

LitComp
LitComp has appointed Mike Fallon as risk assessment analyst and underwriter for subsidiary Elite Insurance.

Chris Bell has also been appointed as business development and audit executive at Elite.

Bell joins from Complete Claims and has a broad experience of the insurance industry, as both a broker and underwriter.

Berrymans Lace Mawer has appointed Ian Finlayson as director of its newly formed claims management function.

Finlayson has more than 20 years' experience in the claims arena having worked for insurers, brokers, claims managers and loss adjusting companies.

He started his career as a claims handler before moving into managing claims operations.

Barlow Lyde & Gilbert
Barlow Lyde & Gilbert has announced that Andrew Giverin will shortly join the firm as a partner.

He will be joined by Maurice Kenton who will also become a partner. Giverin joins from Latham & Watkins while Kenton is currently with Allen & Overy.
