Paul Moss is appointed head of the claims in the treaty division. He was previously with Axa Insurance.

Jarrod Oliver is appointed marketing manager of Provident Insurance. He joined Provident in 1998 from First Direct where he worked as business manager.

Alan Sausse is appointed personal lines actuary at Chaucer Insurance, the personal lines division of Chaucer Syndicates. He was previously with Saga Service.

Alex Scott is appointed company actuary at Hampshire-based Criterion.He was previously marketing actuary with the firm.
