GoshawK announced chairman David Hooker is to step down, effective today. Paul Spencer will replace him as non-executive chairman.
Hooker will remain involved with the company until the end of the year to assist with the handover. He will then retire.
Spencer is a non-executive director of Britannic Group, National Savings & Investments, State Street Managed Pension Funds and other private businesses.
He was chief executive of the Royal & SunAlliance UK businesses from 1999 to 2002 and group finance director fro Royal & SunAlliance between 1996 and 1999.
