John Groome, head of insurance litigation at Manchester-based Elliotts, will address the Claims Management Association seminar on October 28 at Deansgate.
The subject is "Adapting to change" and will examine the Woolf reforms and their impact on the legal systems.
Groome said: "The aim of the presentation is to highlight some of the possible pitfalls and identify steps that can be taken to operate effectively within the new guidelines.
