Heath Lambert has appointed Matthew Bates as sales and development director of Heath Lambert National, the company's UK commercial branch network .
Heath Lambert National focuses primarily on the small to mid-market sector.
Bates is also the managing director of Heath Lambert Risk Management and has been with Heath Lambert for almost 20 years. He will be supported in his new role by David Ghiglieri, who has been appointed as executive director. Ghiglieri was previously in charge of Heath Lambert's Brierley Hill office.
