Motor insurer Highway has appointed Michael Lawrence as distribution manager and Anna Peak as marketing manager.
Lawrence will head a newly-created distribution department responsible for the management, performance and development of Highway's intermediary accounts.
Peak will take over the responsibility for the marketing functions of the company.
