Online systems for let property product

Brokers can now get an instant quote for Home & Legacy Let through the click of a button on the company’s website.

Home & Legacy Let, which was launched in January, is a residential insurance product for individuals who are letting their main or second home as well as for individuals or businesses that own and let one or more investment properties.

The new easy-to-use online facility provides brokers with quotes for up to 20 properties. Brokers can request a username and password to access the quote system by contacting Home & Legacy.

Barry O’Neill, managing director for Home & Legacy, said: “We are delighted to have launched our new let quote facility for brokers. This is an important development which will allow brokers even easier access to our product."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
