GAB Robins director, Andy Homewood, has resigned due to differences over the loss adjuster's future strategy.
Homewood, who was group business development officer in charge of sales and marketing, left after the company appointed a senior professional marketing director.
Chairman Peter Gregg said the resignation had no connection with the new parent company of GAB Robins, which is likely to be announced next week.
Homewood had been at GAB Robins for 25 years.
