Three new leaders take on the top posts at the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
New president Martin Bare will lead the association for the next 12 months, taking over from Richard Langton. Originally from Newcastle, Bare is a partner at Leeds firm Morrish and Co.
Taking over the role of vice president is former health service manager, Amanda Stevens. Based in Charles Russell LLP's Guildford office, Stevens is a partner and head of the firm's personal injury group.
Stephen Lawson of Cheshire firm Forshaws will take up his position as APIL's secretary. Lawson heads the civil litigation department at the firm.
