Personal injury claims and anti-fraud insurance services provider Insurance Services Office (ISO) has appointed a director of client services.
Joe Pendle joins ISO from the Motor Insurers' Bureau where he was group operations manager.
Pendle will head up ISO's European Client Services Division with responsibility for ensuring that customers maximise usage of the company's claims outcome advisor solution, which aims to improve the consistency and accuracy of personal injury claims management.
Pendle will report directly to ISO's vice president, Lee Fogle.
