Move to develop ATE facility
Judicious Professional Solutions (JPS), a new company set up by the director of Judicious Litigation Services, Adrian Carmichael, has teamed up with Allianz to develop its ATE facility.
Recently becoming a fully authorised insurance broker, JLS has been providing a range of services to the legal profession for over 10 years. JPS was created specifically to handle the insurance elements of the business.
JPS has experience of ATE insurance through its relationship with an offshore legal expenses insurer and is now working with Allianz Legal Protection to provide a blue-chip alternative for its clients.
Phil Ruse, senior manager at Allianz Legal Protection, said: "JPS holds a lot of promise given the combination of a wide client-base, extensive knowledge of the market and the range of skills the directors possess. We very much look forward to working with Adrian to make this a great success."
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
