Lloyd's has launched MotorView an on-line search facility providing information on all the vehicle insurance products offered by 12 Lloyd's motor syndicates.
Among the 12 syndicates are Crowe, Equity Red Star, Highway Motor Policies, Link and Octavian.
Lloyd's says the service will provide internet links to some syndicates, while in others provide contact details such as telephone numbers.
Roger Jones, chief executive of the Lloyd's Motor Underwriters Association, said: "Many prospective customers associate Lloyd's with shipping and aviation, but forget that we are the UK's largest motor insurer.
"In the past some customers may not have appreciated how to find out what Lloyd's offers and how to get in touch. MotorView gives instant access and explains exactly what is available."
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
