Markel International has announced a series of changes in its management lineup.

The company said Richard Whitt, III, currently executive vice president and CAO would become senior vice president and chief financial officer of Markel Corporation in May 2005.

Jeremy Brazil has been promoted to director of London underwriting from his position as director of reinsurance and managing director of professional liability division.

William Stovin, director special projects at the company is to be promoted to director of administration. The company said both appointments would come into effect on 31 March.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
