Former Marsh & McLennan (MMC) executive Arlene Corsetti has joined the broker's rival, Willis.
Willis said the 21-year Marsh veteran would head up its western US region and health care practice.
Corsetti had lead Marsh's Midwest US region, which generated nearly 5% of the broker's 2003 revenues.
