Marsh in claims roadshow initiative

Marsh is undertaking a series of briefings around the UK next month on claims management for financial institutions and professional services firms.

Led by Claims Advocates Janet Lambrou and Louise Hume from Marsh's FINPRO Practice, the briefings will highlight how insureds can secure the best return from their policies.

Aimed at risk managers, insurance managers, in-house legal counsel and those responsible for dealing with insurance claims, the briefings will address issues surrounding ‘laundry lists’, or incidents that may mature into a claim that are passed to new insurers, and aggregation; insureds' obligations; reservation of rights; recovery and contribution; and D&O claims.

They will be held as follows:
