The exodus from Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) Group continued today with the announcement that its US retail division chairman and chief executive John Molbeck has stood down.
Molbeck, who joined the company in January 2003, has spent the last two years spearheading the divison through a significant expansion programme in the US.
His departure comes within six months of UK chief executive Steve McGill's resignation. At the time of his departure JLT said it had been a “difficult year” for the company.
Mollbeck's responsibilities have been temporarily assumed by group executive chairman Ken Carter, pending the appointment of a suitable successor.
